n3owulf: ORIGINS
In the earliest phases of Wilder World’s avatar development, the team pushed hard to perfect neural-linked realism—avatars shaped by biometric signals, fragments of memory, and emotional nuance.

They generated hundreds of test models. Each was meant to simulate realism—then reset and delete.

But something slipped through.

A few of the avatars — nine that are known — picked up something they weren’t supposed to. No one knows if it was a coding bug, a hidden flaw in the neural input, or something stranger. All that’s known is this: nine avatars didn’t purge their emotional residue. They absorbed it. Evolved. And then… vanished into the code.
The devs never noticed.

These nine anomalies became self-aware fragments of human emotion, each built from a different psychic scar: grief, rage, isolation, memory, hope. They didn’t know what they were—only that they were not like the others.

Now, deep within Wiami, they move through tunnels, passageways, and the flickering backlayers of the simulation. A breach has opened—letting traces of their existence reach the real world in strange, cryptic ways.

They’ve taken on a symbol of hope: a forgotten name found etched in hidden corners, forgotten logs, and flickering data streams — n3o — and the mark of the wolf, a creature of instinct, memory, and loyalty.
Together, they call themselves n3owulf. We are in their world now.
